Can I cancel my membership at any time?+
Yes. Central Spa Care memberships can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. There are no long-term contracts — we want you to stay because you love the results, not because you're locked in.
Can I change my membership tier?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership tier at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle. Contact us at spa@centralspacare.com or text (305) 992-5630 to make a change.
Do unused treatments roll over?+
Monthly facial and IV benefits do not roll over — we encourage you to use them each month for the best cumulative results. However, Botox Bank credits on the Botox Bank plan do roll over month to month and never expire while your membership is active.
How does the Couples & Bestie membership work?+
The Couples & Bestie membership is one payment of $199/month that covers two people. Both members share the included monthly benefits and each receive their own birthday perk. Appointments can be booked separately or together — your choice.
Is there a joining fee?+
There is no joining fee for any Central Spa Care membership plan. Your first payment covers your first month of benefits — starting from the day you join.
Can I use my membership benefits on the same day I sign up?+
Yes. Your membership benefits are active immediately upon signup. Book your first appointment and start enjoying your member discounts and priority booking right away.
